In-tegrate is an experiential space that provides an opportunity for people to interact and learn through the experiences in the space about special needs through an interactional programme in the different zones.

1/3 of Singaporeans are inclusive when it comes to special needs
1/10 of Singaporeans are not willing to share spaces with special needs
6/10 of those are not willing to share spaces nor interact with special needs

TAMPINES HUB
Tampines Hub is an integrated hub with activities and events catered to various communities in achieving inclusivity. Unique feature of the Tampines Hub is the double volumetric space with corridors and shops facing the central atrium that could garner attention of onlookers and gaining further awareness of my space’s programme

Osmosis is the opening up of spaces at different areas which allows for greater flexibility and faster inter-exchange of experiences for the users to go through while maintaining the flow

The material board I proposed is supposed to create a soft and gentle mood in my space as it can improve the psychological effect on the special needs
Digital interactive screen modules that allow members of public to take quizzes to learn more about these special needs through the interaction with the curved digital screen panels that goes around the entire space which showcase the special needs works through art.
Transitional Self Educational Zone
The transitional space holds self-learning through educational posters to build up the members of public knowledge and understanding of the behaviors of these special needs.Activities and events announcement such as recognition of special needs organised for the members of public to sign up for, with arts on display to showcase the accomplishments and what has been previously done by special needs.
Arts Activity & Interaction Zone
Fostering and improving relations and understanding between the members of public and special needs through an art & craft therapeutic activity, creating abstract art on the white laminate flooring or on the modular surface tops while sitting around the space.
A hybrid private activity and resting area with pantry for the workers as well as the group of special needs to relax or isolate themselves when they get overwhelmed. There are storage cabinets that store the food and a mini fridge to keep the users wellness in check when they are in the space
Arts Appreciation Zone
Before users leave the space, they are able to sit around and on the modules to appreciate the artworks which they will then be reminded of the beautiful experience and memory which they have created with the special needs when they are doing art works together.
